Non Functional installation

After installation the extension does not bring up the control panel when icon is clicked. I have reinstalled the extension and restarted the program several times.
I have attempted its use on a new, blank HTML page in Dreamweaver and within a Dreamweaver Template.
Guidance would be appreciated.

Does a installation wizard appear when you start DW after installing the extension?
If appears, did you restart DW after finishing the installation?

Yes to both issues.
I recently installed it onto my laptop and have received the same results.
