There is a problem with your reCaptcha extension interfering with Dreamweaver Insert, Update, Delete Record server behaviors. (I installed reCaptcha, but yet to use it with any forms)
I'm running DW CS6 on Windows 7.

The Dreamweaver Insert, Update, Delete Record Server behaviors are missing from the list of server behaviors that are used on a dynamic page (PHP/MySQL). Instead this item below is listed if I have an Insert or Update record on the page:

Dynamic Attribute(form action="<?php echo $editFormAction; ?>

This was affecting all my PHP/MySQL sites on 2 separate machines.
I tried deleting the WinCache file but no change.

I have over 40 DMXzone extensions, all WebAssist extensions + several others.
So on my work PC, I decided to start afresh by uninstalling all extensions, renaming the Dreamweaver configuration folder, then open Dreamweaver. This creates a new configuration folder.
Now to reinstall all extensions with DMXzone Extension Manager:
I installed the WebAssist extensions first, then the DMXzone extensions one at a time.
Opened up DW each time with a few dynamic pages where DW Insert & Update Record applied.
The DW server behaviors appeared correctly in the list of used SBs until I reinstalled DMXzone reCaptcha.
Then back to this item appearing again in the SB list:

Dynamic Attribute(form action="<?php echo $editFormAction; ?>

Removed reCaptcha, then correct SBs returned!
Quite a long process to pinpoint this problem.

On my other PC at home, I only removed reCaptcha, then the SBs were listed as they should be.
Reinstalled - same problem
Removed - SBs OK.

Not sure if there's a conflict with another extension, but that would be very time-consuming to determine.

Cheers
Dave
