Calendar 2 is not installing properly with the new extension manager. I'm still prompted to login and enter the serial number. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the new extension manager without success. Please advise.Replies

Hello,
Please make sure that you select the proper DW version inside the DMXozne Extension Manager when installing it.

Hello,
I just checked this and there is absolutely no issue installing Calendar 2. Most probably you have some old files left in your DW config. Just for testing purposes - uninstall it using the Adobe Extension manager, restart DW and see if it still asks you for user/pass/serial.

I reinstalled using the Adobe extension manager and everything works except its now telling to install the old dmx updater. I then removed calendar 2 with the new extension manager and then reinstalled. And now I'm back to DW asking the finish installing the extension with serial etc.
Is there a file I can remove and have DW rebuild it? Seem to remember something about this.

Hello Christian,
1. You do no longer need DMXzone Updater. You can ignore the message that you see about it when starting DW. Today there is an update coming for DMXZone Extension Manager, that will permanently remove it.
2. Remove the calendar using Adobe Extension Manager, as it seems there are some old files left.
3. Install the Calendar using DMXzone Extension Manager and forget about the Adobe Extension Manager, when it comes to DMXzone Extensions.
