I need to create an App with access reserved but not being able the App turn PHP code I would like to know if there's a possibility of doing something with your extension (with username/password also on a json or local file, if with remote database is not possible).

Hi Michele,
You can create logins using Security Provider, just as you create them for standard websites.
The only option you cannot use is the security enforcer, as it currently requires PHP/ASP/ASP.NET pages. But still, you can use restrict steps in the server connect action, so no data will be loaded if user is not logged. Also you can show/hide regions on the page using app connect conditional region - so that nothing will be displayed for non-logged users.

Hi Teodor,
I've tried to follow the instruction on this video but I can't understand how to create the login system for an App (Framework7):
www.dmxzone.com/go/32980/creating-a-complete-login-system-with-dmxzone-security-provider
The login form is on the App and if I use the "server connect", the extension generate the library for the php files, but the App can not execute the php code.
How can I create a login form for an App with Security Provider"?
Do you have a video/tutorial that can tell me how to proceed?
Thanks!

If the video/tutorial is impossible (I understand that you're all busy for Wappler) please tell me only if is (100%) possibile to create a login system on a App for iOS/Android (Framework7) with Security Provider and App Connect extensions.
I need urgently to give an answer to a customer about the feasibility of implementation.
Thanks.

Hello Michele,
In your form, for the login action select the login action which runs on your remote machine - the same way you do it for getting data from the remote server.

Ok, thanks Teodor, not it works.
Another question... how can I save the session on the App?
Now when I close and reopen the App, is necessary login every time... I'd like to have the possibility to save a session and with a option "logout" to exit (the same behavior that happens on the other Apps with a login system... e.g. with Netflix I've to login only the first time).
Is it possible? If yes, could you tell me the exact procedure?
Thanks!

I solved, the checkbox "remember" was missing.
