Just installed version 1.1.5. Since then, I am getting the error message below (in a modal window) when trying to install almost any extension, some DMXZone, some from different vendors, but all compatible with CC."Error Installing Extension. Something went wrong. Please try again"
This message keeps repeating for almost every extension I am trying to install/re-install.
I installed this version on my MAC and also a Windows x64 based system. Identical issues are presented in both OS.
To make it work, I had to downgrade to whatever version I had before (using an older version that i had on my systems).
Thanks
Adrian

Hi Adrian,
Could you specify with which DMXzone extensions exactly do you get this error? Also on which Dreamweaver version do you try to install them?
Also do the following to help us track down the problems with version 1.1.5:
For Windows:

Also do the following to help us track down the problems with version 1.1.5:
For Windows:
- Quit DMXzone Extension Manager
- Right click the DMXzone EM shortcut and click Properties
- In the Target field, after the path to the exe, add: --enable-logging --v=1
- Start the DMXzone Extensions Manager. Try to reproduce the error there
- Send us the generated C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\dmxzone-extension-manager\User Data\chrome_debug.log file
- Quit DMXzone Extension Manager
- Start the Terminal and type:
open -a "DMXzone Extension Manager.app" --args --enable-logging --v=1 - This should start the DMXzone Extension Manager. Try to reproduce the error there
- Quit DMXzone Extension Manager
- Open Finder and choose from the menu Go / Go to Folder:
~/Library/Application Support/dmxzone-extension-manager - There should be a file called chrome_debug.log that has being just created
- Send us this file
So the target should look like:
"C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\DMXzone Extension Manager\DMXzone Extension Manager.exe" --enable-logging --v=1
for Mac OSX:
You can mail it directly to me at
Thanks,
George

This should be fixed now - we had a small server miss configuration which is fixed now.
So please try again.
