Dreamweaver not saving the form

I recently purchased this, and installed on Dreamweaver CC for OS X (10.11.3)I am attempting to place on a .php page, and the form validations chosen are not retained.
That is, if I go through the process in Dreamweaver and select validation for a form... and click save... it is not saved. That is, if I re-open the form validator, the recently entered validations do not appear.

Are you sure you've clicked on the form name and selected "validate form" checkbox?
