I can't open the DWzone extensions

Hi,I have extension manager etc and can open other .mxp files but the ones from DWzone.net will not open.
I hace tried d/l them again but the same result

If you have an error message, could you post it ? So that we can help.
Do you have an example of extension that you can't open ?
