Payment & Pricing

The information below, governs the payment and pricing policy for the following Dynamic Zones web sites (Sites), including but not limited to: DMXzone, FLzone, DNzone, FWzone and CFzone.

The Sites are owned and operated by Dynamic Zones International B.V. (Dynamic Zones or we, or us).

Payment Methods

Depending on the country you live in you have the option to pay with one of the following payments methods:

PayPal 

PayPal is an online payment service which is used by millions of people all over the world for online payments. All you need is an e-mail address to make payments. The network builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global, real-time payment solution.

 

Credit Cards 

Pay with VISA or Master Card. The two leading credit card companies in the world are both widely accepted in over two hundred countries and it is very rare to find a location that will accept one but not the other.

 

 

iDEAL 

iDEAL is the payment method that makes it possible for consumers to make direct online payments in the Netherlands via the online payment systems of the largest Dutch banks. The option of paying via your own familiar banking platform reassures the consumers that they are making safe payments via iDEAL. It is fast, easy and safe.

Bancontact / Mister Cash 

Bancontact/Mister Cash is the payment method that makes it possible in Belgium to pay directly online through the online payment systems of the major Belgian banks. Using Bancontact/Mister Cash customers can carry out direct online payments using their own familiar and secure bank environment.

 
Sofortbanking

Sofortbanking is an easy-to-use, direct payment procedure with the same high security standard as that used in online banking. Regular tests are performed to determine the protection provided for personal details. Sofortbanking is the only European payment method which is not tied to one specific bank, and which directs the consumer to his or her own bank for payment. Consumers do not need to register, there is no suspense account to make deposits to, nor are they required to have a credit card to use this service.

Wire Transfer 

Payments by bank transfer mean ease of payment all over the world. The bank transfer is a method of payment that is not executed automatically. Since not everyone uses online banking (yet) (and they therefore do not have access to the iDEAL or alternative system), and because some people prefer to decide themselves when and how they pay, this payment method is a good solution.

NOTE:  Wire Transfer is not direct and can take several days or even more then a week before the transfer is completed and verified. Until then you can't access your products.

VAT / Tax

Dutch Customers

Dynamic Zones is a Dutch company and has to calculate 21% Tax for our Dutch customers regardless a private or a business customer. Business customers can get their Tax back the normal way, in your account you can access the invoices with the Tax amounts calculated in.

European Customers 

European law requires us to collect VAT when selling our products to European customers. If you have a business in the EU and a valid VAT number, you can enter it during the checkout process. The number will be verified online and if it is valid VAT will be shifted and we won't collect it.

Outside of Europe

For customers outside of Europe we won't calculate any VAT.

Subscriptions

Payment

Subscription are only available for purchase via PayPal. Payments are recurring payments.

Renewal

The subscription will continue until you cancel it, at the end of the period the subscription is automatically renewed and payment will be collected via PayPal.

Cancel the Subscription

If you want to end your subscription you have to cancel it manually via PayPal. The subscription will continue until the end of the period and will not be automatically renewed.
