Move to record does not work

Hi,I am using Phakt on Win98, php4, mySQL, Badblue web server:
Using Move to record duplicates the URL, including the URL parameter. eg.:
1st record: filename.php
2nd record: filename.php?index=1
3rd record: filename.php?index=1?index=2
4th record: filename.php?index=1?index=2?index=3
etc.
Only the second record is displayed, none after that.
