Here it goes:
First page: There is lot of white space in the middle and right part of the screen. Page should be balanced equally on both sides. Maybe fixed site width could be better.
News, deals, solutions: This is the place where users are expecting menu. It would be better if it's placed on the right side.
Top menu: Really nice, except subtitle (We are here to help). It's hard to read. Change the color and remove <bold>.
Colors: Grey doesn't go well with other colors.

Have you checked your site on a large monitor at high resolution, I know it's only a small proportion of your visitors, but things go a bit screwy beyond 1024x768.

And I'll go along with Viktor about the white space, and "stetchy" text. Perhaps a fixed width table containing the text Centered on the page would be better.

Lastly - Top Menu doesn't appear at all in Netscape 4.08 - get a javascript error.
