Refreshing Main-Frame with one Click?

I have two Frames: Mainframe and BottomframeIn the Mainframe i have dynamic textfields from a database. If i click on one textfield i get the details from it in the bottom-frame. Then i can change the values in the textfield. Then i push the SUBMIT-Button to update the database. But the Mainframe doesn't refresh. So i must push the F5 Button to refresh and see the changes ;-(
How can i refresh the mainframe with the click on the SUBMIT-Button?
