Uploads file fine...Does not update database!?

<P>I've gone through the tutorial step-by-step. The Form will upload the file with no probs but then it does not update the database file with the data that's in the Form. The database connection is tested and works. I'm running win2k with IIS 5.0 and have MDAC2.6 I've read other people's comments about the same prob, but with no reply.
