I'd love to buy Pure Asp upload. I've registerd with paypal and verified my card number. When I try and pay it says:
This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time. Please try again
Any ideas???

I had the same shit. The solution cost me 3 days.

So, your problem is that your Credit/Debit card use different currency then PayPal standard currency.
You have to go to PROFILE SUMMARY (just click on PROFILE tab).

After select "Recurring Payments"

and click on "Edit Funding Options",

change to second option and enjoy!!!

This shouldn't be a problem actually. PayPal should auto convert to the needed currency.
