streaming webcam

Hi again guys,This is a hard one i think does anyone know of any software that i can download so i can publish my webcam live on my site from at home to viewers i have software that come with the cam but it refreshes every 15 seconds very slow does anyone know of any other software that is a lot faster than 15 seconds?.

You need a very fast connection or you have to host your site on a server that support streaming video. However if you want o display live video you need a lot of money.
