I need a layer to be (absolute?) bottom alligned - x-amount of pixels form the horizontal border...
Tried one of the extensions from here - but it all seems to work onClick, onThis or onThat... I just need it to be onLoad - but that doesn't seem to work!
As you can see, I'm not a coder - rely entirely on the extensions :S
Any help anyone? Would be greatly appreciated!

Which extension did you try?

You probably need to apply it to the onLoad event for the BODY tag.

I tried the 'persistent layers' - maybe I wasn't using it properly - but the results looked different in IE and Netscape...
Anyway, it looks like I managed to acheive the effect by applying "bottom:0" to the layer style.

<hr height=1 noshade id=quote></BLOCKQUOTE id=quote></font id=quote><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" size=2 id=quote>
That won't work in older browsers like Netscape4x though.
