Hi

I'm designing a site for someone who wants a multiple pop-up menu system like www.hrs.co.uk/.

Just two questions:

1. Is this possible with Layer Genie?

2. Assuming it is, as the client wants to add links to menus already there (they would be created in html and he can use Dreamweaver) and might want to add more menus at a later date, if he uses Layer Genie and perhaps a template would this be possible?

Thanks
Mike

That type of multi-level flyout menu is definitely possible with Layer Genie. In fact it's quite easy!

Adding links to existing menus is no problem whatsoever, but your client would need to own and install the Layer Genie extension as well to be able to add extra menus or extra menu levels.

Be aware however that Layer Genie does not create the menu layers for you (or your client).
It just shows/hides and positions existing (menu) layers and keeps track of parent/child relations etc. between them.

If the Layer Genie scripts are already available in the template, then it should be no problem to add extra menus etc. lateron to the template.
