I have tried to create a dropdown menu using fireworks. And I have actually got it working. The problem arises when I try to use it in a frameset in Dreamweaver. I place it at the bottom of the top frame. Then when I preview it, the drop down dissapears behind the next frame...
Is there an easy way around this problem?<img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_question.gif border=0 align=middle>

I am not an expert with this but I would imagine you just need to make your frame divider lower so that your top frame has enough room for the drop down. Of course this won't be what you want but I don't think there's a way to have the menu overlap the other frame. Good luck.

I'm sure this isn't what you'll want to hear. The easy way around the problem is to not use frames.
Fireworks pop-up menus are not natively frame friendly. There's a technote at the Macromedia site that describes a workaround, but , IMHO, it's not worth the extra effort. Here's a link to it.
