i currently have some form elements within the scroller genie "window" and I hear through the grapevine that when viewing in Windows IE (when scrolling), the form elements (dropdown menus) visually lag behind. So when the user is scrolling down, the text moves up fine, but the dropdowns lag behind. Sorry I can't get a live example up.

That may well be the case. It is not a good idea to put forms in scrollable layers.
