replacing one layer with another

Im creating a menu system and I want the sublevel2 of sublevel1 to completely hid sublevel1. Im having a hard time figuring this out. Basically, what Im trying to do is give the "illusion" that the entire menu has changed. Take a look and you will see what I mean.

Click on "magazine" and then "issues". I want the first group to be replaced by the second group. How do I get the first group to go away?

What you're trying to do is not very common and may turn out to be confusing to your visitors.
But try applying the Hide Layer Genie behavior to the "issues" trigger, to hide the submenu layer once it is clicked.
