I need to add a music player at my webpage which will play a number of songs and the visitor can do play,stop,pause,ff,rwd that songs ...

Is there a script doing that?
If not, what tool should i used to do that?

it's done in flash.

you can link to mp3's directly and let them stream thru WIndows Media Player

the way they do it in flash is quite easy compared to what you'd think. Flash mx 2004 comes with built in components for streaming music, video etc..
