Feeling very frustrated and need urgent help, don't enjoy spending £80.00 on a product with no manual, skimpy tutorials & that doesn't "just work"... especially having spent another 3 hours trying to get it to work.... If this cannot be resolved within 72 hours I will be after a refund.

Anyhow, now that's off my chest...

Have an incredibly simple page www.alexander-baker.mtstudios.net/admin/pageedittest.aspx (feel free to do View Source - it couldn't be simpler) in a sub-folder called "Admin" at the root of my project.

Two problems occur: 1) When I upload I get no preview image AND 2) NO IMAGE in the HTML Editor (just a red cross placeholder) - which renders the software useless to me.

However, when I create the same, identical page www.alexander-baker.mtstudios.net/pageedittest.aspx(except for the Server Behaviour auto-built paths) at the ROOT of the project the preview still doesn't work, but, oddly, at least I get an image this time... test it for yourself.

It is imperative that this page is in subfolder, however, so I need both these problems resolved. Check the source etc. through the above links to the relevant live pages.

Note: I get exactly the same problems when running these pages on my local test server, too, and when accessing either server from a different machine.

Also note that I have used the same image on your DEMO site and it Previews & Displays perfectly.
I am using:

Advanced HTML Editor 1.1.1
Pure ASP.NET Upload 2.0.3
Smart Image Processor 1.0.2 (although I am not resizing, so this shouldn't be relevant)

Hi,

I'm very sorry for delay in answering.

I've looked at your site and did a imageupload. And I received several javascript errors(?).
Are you sure specified the BaseURL? Because the image upload dialog goes in a submap called 'AdvHTML_Popups' wich is nested in the site. You don't see a preview if the BaseURL isn't defined, the path to your uploadfolder isn't correct then.

Regards,
