Hi, I've recently upgraded to DWMX 2004, but I've still got the same old "grey SUBMIT buttons" -- can anyone tell me if there are new ones available? Or since I've still got DWMX installed on my computer, perhaps the old "button skins" persist.

The "new submit buttons" I believe are white with a gradient edge on the bottom.

Any help with this would be most appreciated

The submit buttons come from windows rather than DMX.
I can do work on an XP box and the buttons look nice, then go to a 2k box and they're old and boxy and grim.

Otherwise you could consider changing the appearance of your buttons with a bit of CSS... Yes I know everyone is banging on about CSS and how wonderful it is, and I'm one of those people; one of the things that sold me on DMX04 was its improved support for CSS

Simon -
Thanks for your feedback -- I just changed my WinXP settings from "classic" and viola!

BTW, nice slogan....

One thing to note is that if you stick with the default buttons then it is the users operating system that determines which set of buttons they'll see.

Yes, CSS can pretty up regular submit buttons, or you can use an image form button and use an image you make. <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
