I purchased a download from you this morning. I have completely failed to download my purchase. All I get is a stupid pop up window asking again for my password. This is duly filled in and then nothing happens. I have asked three times for assistance from your sales dept. but with no reply.
I think this is appalling service and I would like you to return my money via Paypal via whom I paid.

There should be a link allowing you to have the server <b>send your extension to you via email</b>. Please try that option and let us know if you received it or not.

Yes, I linked to the download button from the email link from your sales dept. I also received the receipt from Paypal.
After two more hours of trying, the message eventually popped up saying that I could access via email. The download then started without my having to request an email download. So after many hours of frustration I have now succeeded in downloading the prog.
Surely it shouldn't take this long? Anyway many thanks for your replies.
