When I try to insert the PHP Pure Upload behavior into my document, I get an error after entering all the information in the dialog boxes:

Hello? Is anybody supporting this product? It's been a month since I posted this question.

I'm inserting this behavior in a simple form exactly according to the Pure PHP upload tutorial pg 3. And it will NOT insert.

OK, I've played around a little and discovered that if you delete the "getAttribute('name')" part of the line, the form name is properly returned - however, when the behavior gets applied, there is another error
