I bought the Flash Album Generator and Active Slide Show extensions a few days ago and downloaded them to Dreamweaver. The Album Generator extension worked perfectly on my computer when viewed in Explorer. Once I uploaded the files listed by the Flash Album Generator Options page to my web site, however, all that showed up was the ‘Image Loading’ message where there should have been a larger image and small blue squares where there should have been thumbnails.

These are the paths used:
(1) Finished_site\FlashAlbum\thumbs for the “buildPhotoAlbum.jsf” and the thumbnails;
(2) Finished_site\FlashAlbum for the large images generated by the extension from the files in the FlashAlbum\Gallery path;
(3) Finished_site\LandscapeSeries.htm for the Dreamweaver page in which the Flash Album is to be generated; together with Finished_site\LandscapeSeries.xml for the generation;
(4) Finished_site\viewer.swf for the viewer.

The page on which the Flash Album should generate is: www.hewittandhewitt.com/LandscapeSeries.htm. As I’m seeing the “image loading” message and the blank squares that indicate the uploaded pages have attempted to generate the flash album, I assume that the problem is with the viewer. I have verified with Earthlink that “.swf” files are enabled.

Any suggestions as to what I should try now? Thanks.

I am having the same problem. I have loaded both the Flash Album Gen and the Active Slide Show...however I am only able to run one at any time on my site. When I go back into Dreamweaver it gives me a Java error...
