Is it possible to make a "rounded cornes layout" with the Slideshow Pro?
Something like the one at www.macromedia.com page. The animation there has rounded corners.

Please advice?

Yes this can be simply done with an overlay. Overlays are very simple flash movies. In your case the overlay will be a block with round corners and a transparent contents.
