I am hoping that someone has seen a cool site that can server as a guide. I need to publish my librayr or URL links. Has anyone seen a convenient way to have thousands of weblinks on a page. I thought about a tree, but I may want to add comments and a rating about each site. Also thought about a voting mechasnism.

site maping is a good thing to use in this situation and the voting it can all be done using a service side script like php or asp.
