I need help on a Flash Album that was working fine then was updated to the Dynamic Gallery using same settings so the user could upload their own images. All was working fine - however the user complained that the new photos were appearing at a lower resolution.
I tried a number of different settings, resolutions and sizes for her but still seem to have the same problem.
If you would like to view the variations please have a look here and click through from the last beach image to the car images - www.louisemyers.com.au/commercial.php
Is there any reason why the image appears fine as portrait but lose resolution as landscape - the previous images were a mixture of both portrait and landscape and were fine.?
As a photographer she does not want to show anything that detracts from her work.
I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

I needed to ask the question for Dynamic Flash Gallery PHP.
How long does it usually take to get a response?

We're having the same problem with low resolution photo uploads with Dynamic Flash Gallery ASP version. Is there a setting in the Smart Image Processor that I'm missing or overlooking?
Also, somewhat off topic, in Firefox on the Mac, it's difficult to see the text as I type in this HTML editor. <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle> It doesn't follow the cursor correctly and I usually have to type the message out in TextEdit then paste it in the window.
Thanks for your assistance,
