When our client adds photos to her photo gallery, they append to the end of the file (and thus the photo gallery). But, when she attempts to move them around using the instructions in the manual, the whole gallery goes out of order.

I'm going to walk through the process with her to see if there isn't a user error of some sort... but in the meantime, any thoughts on why this could be happening?

I have clients that are having the same issue. Has anyone come up with an answer to this?

We're still having this issue. Can anyone tell me if the updated version addresses this? We don't want to have to update to the new ASP Upload 3 just to find out that it didn't fix the problem.
