I've workd with a template that had in the layout several boxes defined in CSS.

I want to create 2 boxes on this page www.shortysmarine.com to replace the "background image."

So I want a red box 137X378 with a white border. pos L85 T193

and a blue box 631x378 with a white border, pos L222 T 193.

Shouldn't I be able to go into add .css and use the dialog boxes to create these?

I tried and it didn't work for me. Any help is appreciated.
