Here's a sample page that shows the problem. It also provides a screenshot of the Slide Show Tab with the missing upload menu items.
No images were loaded on the "General" tab file image field, as per user manual instructions.

Hope this helps uncover the case of The Missing file upload Icons.
Cheers,

Downloaded this Popup Program two days ago. Browsed through the PDF book and these forums and attempted to create some files. Along the way one of these forums advised that I had to add a ScriptLibrary folder because the extension would or could not. Once that was done I had no problem creating Popup Windows with HTML pages using text links. All is cool with them.
Have not be able to sucessfully create a Popup Window with an image. I get the Popup but no image in it.
Also, tried to create a slideshow with images. Was stopped right at the onset, none of the supporting images/icons appeared in the slideshow tab window (Right above the image listing) for this activity, thus I was not able to accomplish anything.
Currently using XP SP2 on a HP pavilion desk top with a 2.8 gig processor and 512 megs of DDR SDRAM. Dreamweaver 8 (obviously!) is my web page creator of choice. I have tested these attempts of mine on (what i believe are) the latest versions of IE, NS, FireFox, Slimbrowser, Opera and Avant Browser. Without exception the Popup with HTMl works beautifully. Equally without exception, the Popup with image fails to have an image. Obviously I can't test the Popup with slideshow.
I am not a novice, not a expert like others in these forums, but none-the-less have tried relocating files thinking perhaps the call and file(s) actual location where incompatible. Nada. From the comments of others it appears my problems are not uncommon. Actually I am glad to find out that I am not alone with these difficulties.
Lastly, I have aged to the point where I have learned to be patient with all new products and I suspect you are working diligently to correct or figure out what the problem(s) might be. I await your or others guidance and send wishes from Texas to all for a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Since my last email telling you of the problems with ver 101, I have had some success!!! I was able to load ver 101 to my desktop, which had not yet been introducted to ver 100. It loaded in fine and produced a nice Popup with HTML. But, as before all I got from a Popup with image was a blank window. Then I made the big discovery - this portion of the extension doesn't like capitalized image suffixes!!! When I changed to "jpg" instead of "JPG" all was cool - nice, clear correctly positioned image. I guess I can live with that.
Strangely though, when I loaded in a folder full of capitalized JPG's for a slide show the popup worked just fine. Perhaps there are differing calls between these two sub elements.
Now all I need to know is how to scrub the Ver 100 from my computer. I tried deleting it via the Extension Manager and reloading Ver 101; and, as I told you in a separate email, it would not install the newer version. I have some thoughts about how to get it out, which I will try.
Really I like the extension, it will eliminate a lot of problems and give me a great deal more flexibility in displaying photos and text.

I finally figured out what the problem was. The file to be deleted was/is a hidden file! Once that was done, Ver 100 is gone and Ver 101 works just fine. Still have to remember to use lower case suffixes for images in single image popups, but that's a small matter. Great extension, it will solve several concerns I encounter from time to time and make life in general a lot easier - single source for ALL popups! Prost Neu Jahr

Hi Bob,
Yes indeed the the DW configuration folder is hidden, so you have to choose the show hidden files first before you can see it.
Happy New Year!
