Have just upgraded to Flash Gallery 2 and cannot get it to work, either on new pages with new galleries or by updating old Flash Gallery 1 pages. I always get an error:[Internal DMX FlashGallery (v2.03) Error]
Unable to load gallery data from the XML file.
Error message: [Transaction.ErrorMessage(103)] Unable to retrieve the XML data from the server. Please check your configuration.

Hi Paul,
It looks like Flash Album Generator 2 cannot find the xml file. Usually it is situated in your image folder.
Please, check you paths.
If the problem persist provide a link to your page and we will try to investigate the problem.

Hi Paul,
Thank you four your message.
I have check the link that you have provided.
And I could not find the xml file. Check your path: "../images_events_galleries/porsche_concours_2007/Porsche_concours.xml"
There is also another problem. It cannot be found the following file:
Scripts/AC_RunActiveContent.js
This mean that on browsers with enabled JavaScripts your gallery will not be loaded.
Make sure it is uploaded or the path is correct.
I hope this will help you.

Georgi Kralev

Hello
Im getting this message in IE7 but Not Firefox... my paths are all ok and it works in Firefox fine.
''[Internal DMX FlashGallery (v2.03) Error]
Unable to load gallery data from the XML file.
Error message: [Transaction.ErrorMessage(103)] Unable to retrieve the XML data from the server. Please check your configuration.''
I have other FlashGallery1 files on my site that work fine in both IE7 and Firefox.
My page is www.tonyontheweb.co.uk/photos/2007_photos/valdisere_2007/index.html
I have checked the links to Run Avitve Content - and this is all good... the other flash file (Menu) works fine as well.
Please can you help.
Thanks
Simon

Hi Simon,
I have tested your page both on IE 6 and 7.
On my computer it does not load both the Gallery and the Flash Menu.
Perhaps, some of the other JavaScript interfere.
To check what is causing the problem you could try to remove all other JavaScripts
(For example: ieupdate.js, counter.js and function breadCrumbs).
I hope this will help to narrow the problem.
