I'm sorry, but your page is far to large and complex for me to even start debugging it. There is lots of other javascript stuff going on on that page. And something may well be interfering with the workings of Persistent Layer Pro.
Please try the extension in a very simple page first to see how it works. And then, when you have a feel for how it works, apply it to this complex page.
