delete option didnt delete record

hi, im having some trouble with my deleting options in dreamweaver mx.followed the whole instructions on how to delete records from the application tools in dreamweaver mx via server options. still when clicked onto the delete button, nothing happened.why is this so?add,update and view are doing ok.
