Am getting the following error when my client tries to run an add record page which used PU3 and SIP2.

Image Processor: No component detected
There is no supported component detected.

Strange thing is it works on both of my pc's at home but not the ones in their office, anyone any thoughts on this problem.

Sorted the problem.

Was due to a local windows domain being named the same as the website domain. Website was transferred recently onto another server and the static record in the windows domain DNS record was not correct, hence any users in that local domain were looking at the old server and site.

This is why my machines could see everything working and they could'nt
