CSSGallery104 failed download

Have cleared cache, have deleted failed downloads, ahve tried three browsers. Download of new udpate 104 only downloads a 215kb file. It refuses to isntall in DWCS3 WinXPPro SP3 saying that the DW version needs to be MX2004 or greater.--

The download is a lot smaller because we didn't include the manual (you can get the manual here: www.dmxzone.com/go?13985). We've tested the download and installation and everything works here. Alas Adobe's extension manager can be a bit buggy sometimes so please remove all previous installations of CSS Image Gallery with your extension manager and re-install again.
