Is there a way to specify/force uploaded file names?

I have 5 file fields in a from, ready to be uploaded.
I wish to force all files to overwrite the existing files on the server with names like
FileFiled1 forces file name - image1.jpg
FileFiled2 forces file name - image2.jpg,
etc.
