I need help badly, i am trying building a website for a friend of mine. i am still in the learning process. he wants to tell video on this site via download from Access database to the user computer, the download link is to be sent by email. and i dont kown how to do this

i have been searching google for a tutorial on this topic and i cant fine one

can someone explain the steps and the ASP code and access database setup if possible. i need help .
