Hi Joann,
When do you get this error? When you try to insert the extension on the page or when you view the page where the extension was inserted.
Kind regards, Patrick

Thanks for responding so quick. I did resolve that problem by clearing DW cache and reinstalling but now... the gallery images don't show in Firefox, but show in IE...???? I don't think it's the script because the windows put up, just empty.

Hi Joaan,
Well the images just can be found on your site ...
Firfox is trying to load images like:
www.jmwdesign.com/fineart/gallery/thumbs/tulips_deck_big2.jpg
But they just do not exists and you provider gives a very strange decorative "page does not exists" error that totally confuses the gallery ...
So make sure you generate the gallery on the right place. Try putting the images always in a subfolder not on the same as the html page. And also upload everything needed.
Greetings,
George

Images are in the right place or it wouldn't work in IE (which it does). So I don't think that is the issue.

I tried to re-create the album again, and I'm back to the old problem... Unable to create XML file. I have spent HOURS of uninstalling, clearing the cache and re-installing, trying to figure out what is wrong with the xml, etc! This product SUCKS!!! This is the forth or fifth evening RUINED trying to make your stupid product work! I am not doing anything wrong. Why should I have to uninstall and clear the cache anyway!!! I've used it before and even years ago, I had to mess around with this for HOURS to make it work. And you don't even answer half the emails! How can you even charge $105.00 USD!!!! Coffee Cup has a better one for $39.00 and there are numerous ones on the internet FOR FREE!!!!! You could at least have the courtesy of answering peoples questions!!!

Hello Joan,
Another thing.
Images are not displayed in FireFox because the lack a Referer statement in the header. This is a requirement for some servers. IE does display your thumbs because it neglects headers. You can ask your hosting company if this can be solved on their side.
About your big images not displayed in IЕ nor in FF - I believe that this is caused by a bug in DW CS4, but I need you to answer to my previous post in order of me to be sure in this.
