The paginator does not display. I'm using Dreamweaver CS4. It does show on the design view, but not in the Live view or when uploaded to the site.

I've installed it on a page, uploaded the ScriptLibrary & PaginationStyles folders. The page displays the records in the repeat region but does not display the pagination, which I placed at the bottom. Take a look at it -

To test it in a plain vanilla situation, I created a very simple page with no other php functions or server behaviors, other than the recordset. This one does work. Take a look at it at: www.valleycitizen.com/stories_test.php

I've been unable to find the problem Please take a look and view the source code to see if you can spot anything.
