Error using extension

Hi,When I try to use the extension I get the following error :
Could not find onInit JavaScript function ; init
Error in setup DWdialog! Err : -5
I have removed the extension and reinstalled it sevral times.
Can you please help me !?

Probably you are working under the Administrator account which is bad idea ... always use normal Windows user account - just with administrator rights.
