Could someone look at my test page at www.savour-restaurant.com/FormDesignerTest.php and see if there is something I am missing? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. PNB PS - I don't usually require much help, but everytime I do it is always a hassle to figure out where I should go. I hope I am in the right place.
