I recently installed the paginationphp plugin in CS4, but when I try to use it I get an error. The message says the problem is in paginationphp.htm.

The message is:
Error in server behavior paginationphp.htm: the search string ws not found or it was incorrectly formed. Make sure there is a comment at the top of the file in this format.

Any idea how I can fix this error?
