I am trying to use Slidingbilboard on my ASP site with a java menu from DHTML builder.
I am getting this foul every time I will load my site into explore.

I have tried to put Slidingbilboard direct on my site and also with an Include from another site. Both times I am getting the same foul when I am using Slidingbilboard on the same site like my DHTML menu.

Please, provide working links to your problematic page.
However, as I can see from your index page you are using a jquery based menu. That could lead to a problem here but I cannot tell any more till you post a working links.
