I just installed the animated thumbnail Gallery in my extension Manager. The installation is completed, the symbol appears in the dmxzone menu bar, but when I click on it, nothing happens.

Have you restarted your DW after installing AGT?
Also provide more info on your DW and OS.

I just purchased Animated Thumbnail and can't get it to open. I reinstalled it three times, and had it emailed to ma and and reinstalled. I says it is loading, but never opens.

I have dreamweaver cs4 and am running os lepoard. I also have restared dreamweaver each time.

Could you uninstall the extension, clear the DW cache and reinstall the extension?

Thank you, it is working. I removed the extension and cleared the Dreamweaver CS4 cache. I also upgraded to Snow Leopard.
