I tried to us UNM as an include on a page with lightbox and it will not work. Doing the same page placing UNM in the page will work.
Is it correct that UNM will not cooperate with lightbox when using include function?

depends on what you have in your include file.
If you have all scripts and css links in the header of the document there will be a duplicating of jquery.latest-pack.js, thus a js error. If you remove that file link from the included file then it will work.
