Hi New customer here and just installed the bundle. Pure ASP is working GREAT! Now adding SmartImage Processor to downsize oversized images. I get the following at run-time:Image Processor: No component detected
There is no supported component detected.
Tried ASP.NET and others, but similar errors occur.
The DMXzone.ImageProcessor.dll is in the BIN folder, sip_service.asmx is in the ScriptLibrary folder, but I must have missed something somewhere.
Thanks for your help!
Nathalie

Hello Natalie,
Please,
if you have set any redirections remove them then call your PAU + SIP page with a following url parameters:
http:/www.yoursite.com/yourpage.asp?sipdebug=y&sipinfo=y
that will bring up a debug information. Screenshot it or copy it in a file then try to upload a certain image. When that happens a new debug info will appear. Copy it too. Then provide that info here or to my e-mail:

Having same problem. Asp.net 2 is installed on server (vps), the file in the bin map cannot be registered on server either. maybe its a 32bit vs 64bit problem?

I am having the same issue on a windows2008 sp2 server. we have ASP.net 4 installed on the server. When we try to load a page with SIP on it, we receive this error:
Image Processor: No component detected
There is no supported component detected.
The DMXzone.ImageProcessor.dll is in the /bin folder. Do I need to do anything special to register this DLL or how do I ensure .net is registered correctly?

Hi, jackson.
I am testing with another Image Processor these days. You can also google it and select one whose way of processing is simple and fast to help you with the related work. It will be better if it is totally manual and can be customized by users according to our own favors. Remember to check its free trial package first if possible. I hope you success. Good luck.
Best regards,

I am having the same problem on a Windows 2012 server (64 bit). I really need to make sure it's working as we are about to migrate servers and I do want to make sure that the SIPP is going to work in a 64 bit environment. I do have the dll in the BIN folder and .NET is currently installed so if I have missed anything, please help me figure this out.
I did run the page in debug mode and below is the output:
Thanks

I found the issue - added the following to my web.config between the system.web tags:

I also gave "everyone" full rights on the folder I am trying to upload the images to. Hope this helps.

I fixed this by turning off https (SSL) in IIS 8.5 - The certificate was invalid anyway as it was a production/staging site

I don't have an SSL on the server. If I use standard code to perform a CDO mail send, it works fine. As soon as I use any extension from DMX Zone, the CDO object fails. I suspect that the code may be old and that newer servers don't like the older script.
The fact that this issue has been outstanding for so long, is really disconcerting.
