I've looked at the solved posts for this problem, none have the solution.

I got the serial, username & password dialog but it still does not appear in Behaviours/DmxZone or anywhere else.

Dreamweaver CS5.5 / Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Did you completed the install shield in DW?
Did you restarted DW after the install shield was completed in DW?

Hi Vulcho

I deleted, removed and reinstalled the extension twice this morning. Got the shield each time. It is now working.

Any ideas why this happens, is there anything I'm doing at my end that could cause this?

Hello Bob.

Probably DW is corupting.
When installing extensions from dmxzone make sure that you perform always the following 3 steps:
1.)Install the extension in extension manager.
2.)Restart and proceed the install shield in Dreamweaver.
3.)Restart Dreamweaver after the install shield is completed.
