Done,
but the error persists. Reboot the computer and deleted dmxUniWebBrowser.htm and js. Than could build 3/4 of a form and than the same error occured.

I also have this problem. I am using Windows 8.1 Dreamweaver V13.2 Build 6466. I also have the List-O-Rama extension which works fine. Form designer won't even display an opening page.
