1.5.5. errors

After installing 1.5.5. and making a fresh page i get the following errrors:after filling UVF with information and clicking OK, popup shows saying that code is locked (see img: error1)
After clicking that popup away another popup shows (see img: error2)
In img: dmxvalscreen u see how I set UVF to show
In the last image (output.jpg) u see the output of the page which is not according to the settings I used.
I removed winfilecache without better results, and yes, Styles folder is with capital S local and remote and all the files have been uploaded.
Pse advice

Think the output error is caused by the include of the CSS menu. When css menu is in the page instead of as include, it will work. Error 1 still remains. Error 2 does not show anymore

You are using templates to create the page where you want to apply the Validator. have you created an editable region in the <head> tag of this template?

No, I did not use a template, so there should not be need for an editable region.
I do have a basic page to work with, but it is not saved as a template.
When opening the base page and inserting editable region DW will say "document will be converted to template"
